EU needs to fulfil its promises
President Talat held a press conference at Ercan Airport to report on his foreign trip when Parliament Speaker Fatma Ekenoglu, Deputy Commander Colonel Mehmet Ineci and Minister of Health Esref Vaiz welcomed the President home. The President said that he had met with Swedish Minister of Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt in Stockholm as Sweden is to take over the EU Term Presidency on 1 July. Later he had a meeting with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon."
