ISTANBUL, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Turkish tyremaker Brisa (BRISA.IS), a venture between Sabanci Holding (SAHOL.IS) and Japanese Bridgestone Corp (5108.T), will suspend production for a week from Thursday, the company said late on Tuesday."
