ISTANBUL, Jan 2 (Reuters) - Turkey's top administrative court rejected a bid to halt the sale of gas distribution firm Izgaz, for which GDF Suez (GSZ.PA) made the highest bid in a tender last year, state news agency Anatolian said on Friday."
