The striking designs of globally-acclaimed Turkish haute couture designer Rabia Yalçin will showcase an organic edge this year at New York Couture Fashion Week, in a synthesis between the Eastern Roman and Ottoman Empires. Using natural fabrics and organic fibers, her unique collection will be unveiled during her second Couture Fashion Week appearance on Saturday, September 6, 2008, at the Westin Times Square, Majestic Ballroom."
