The Center of Excellence in Counter-terrorism, or TMMM, command began “Use of Force in counter-terrorism” training in Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek yesterday. In total, 49 personnel from the Kyrgyz Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Extraordinary Situations' Presidency of Civil Defense and the Interior Ministry's Internal Forces Command, amongst other institutions, attended the meeting about the general and legal aspects of counter-terrorism.
