BRUSSELS -(Dow Jones)- The European Commission Tuesday cleared Austrian oil and gas company OMV AG (OMV.VI), Lehman Brothers (LEH) investment vehicle Lehman ALI Inc. and Turkish entrepreneur Celal Metin to set up a power plant joint venture in Turkey."
