ISTANBUL, July 18 (Reuters) - Turkish conglomerate Sabanci said on Friday it is in talks with General Electric (GE.N: Quote, Profile, Research), Hitachi Nuclear Energy and Spanish utility Iberdrola SA (IBE.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) on a tender to construct and operate Turkey's first nuclear power plant."
