After weeks of speculation, it has been announced that the Turkish Cypriot Leader Mehmet Ali Talat has turned down an invitation to come together with the Greek Cypriot leader at a dinner tonight.
This was just one of the revelations after Talat’s meeting with Lynn Pascoe this morning."
