Turkey's Prime Minister has saluted the members of his country's largest foreign community on the fourth day of his visit to Germany. There are nearly three million Turks living and working in Germany, and Europe's biggest mosque is being built in Cologne. Some 20,000 Turks came to Cologne to hear Recep Tayyip Erdogan; his speech causing some irritation among his hosts as it was not translated into German."
