"Yıldırım: Marmaray project will be completed by 2011
Transportation Minister Binali Yıldırım noted on Saturday that the Marmaray Project, which will connect both sides of the İstanbul Strait with a railway tunnel, will be completed by 2011.
Yıldırım said their objective is to complete the Marmaray Project -- one of the major transportation infrastructure projects in the world at present -- by 2011. He said the project is being constructed using modern methods and that workers are laboring 24 hours a day to complete the project on time."
