President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will be the first foreign guest to be offically hosted by President Abdullah Gul in Ankara in 2008 as the two sit down to discuss the future of the island after the Greek Cypriot presidential elections in mid-February."
