"Turkey vows to join EU as it renews air strikes in Iraq
Europe's newspapers report that Turkey has launched renewed attacks on Kurds in Iraq and that it will not give up on EU membership.
Turkey on Sunday launched the biggest attack on Iraq since the US invasion in 2003, reports the Guardian, sending over 50 warplanes to bomb suspected Kurdish bases up to 60 miles inside Iraqi territory."
