ISTANBUL, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Turkey's Sabanci Holding (SAHOL.IS: Quote, Profile, Research) has made a preliminary bid jointly with France's Carrefour (CARR.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) for retailer Migros (MIGRS.IS: Quote, Profile, Research), it said in a statement to the stock market late on Wednesday."
