"Rice: Armenian Genocide Resolution 'Problematic'
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned on Wednesday that a congressional resolution calling the 1915 massacres of Armenians genocide would be "very problematic" for U.S. efforts in the Middle East."
