“NATO has two strongest members, Turkey is one of them. Turkish soldiers participate almost in all peacekeeping operations of NATO- in Kosovo, Bosnia, Afghanistan and other regions. Turkey has historical background in the Balkans so its army is in high favor with the Balkans”, Vahit Erdem, Turkish parliament NATO group’s chairman, AKP member (Turkish Justice and Development Party) said."
