A European Union Information Center will open in the Turkish capital on Monday. The office will be the second one in Turkey after the one located in Istanbul's Taksim area. EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn and Turkey's chief negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan will attend the official opening ceremony of the center, highlighting the importance attached by the Commission and the Turkish government to efforts to provide the Turkish public with more information on EU affairs."
