"Turkish inflation at 10.72% in April

ANKARA -- Consumer prices in Turkey rose by 1.21 percent in April from the previous month and by 10.72 percent on a 12-month basis, the Turkish Statistics Institute said Thursday.
Producer prices increased by 0.8 percent from March to April, bringing wholesale inflation over 12 months to 9.68 percent, it said. "
