France's new secretary of state for European affairs declined on Monday to rule out a possible veto of further European Union membership talks with Turkey.
EU president Germany has said it aims to open negotiations on two or three more of the 35 negotiating 'chapters' or policy areas with Ankara before its six months in the rotating chair end on June 30."
