"Ufuk Uyan: Gulf interest in Turkey at an all-time high
The Gulf Area, Kuwait in particular, is interested in Turkey more than ever, according to the general manager of the Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank -- Kuwait's first and largest investment in Turkey.
Ufuk Uyan said diplomatic visits between the two countries was an indicator of this and provided mutual opportunities for collaboration between the two countries. "Investments and expectations toward Turkey will continue progressively," he said. Commenting on Wednesday about Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Naser Mohammad Al Sabah's visit to Turkey, Uyan said he hoped that the visit would prove beneficial for both countries."
