Corendon is going to build and sell 240 luxury villas to the Dutch as a joint venture with Artev Company, which sells real estate and luxury housing to the English. Corendon Deputy Chief Berk Güden told they were organizing several activities, like tours for golf, bridge, tennis, horse riding and mountain tourism, to diversify their Turkish tourism efforts. Last year, we brought 3500 golf players to Turkey, said Güden, reminding that golf tourism has gained momentum in recent years. Turkey should make use of golf tourism more efficiently."
