Two Turkish skaters will compete in this competition. Alper Uçar will show up in the men's short program today, which will be the third world championship performance in his career. Alper will have to outclass 20 skaters to qualify for the last 25. Tuğba Karademir steps into the rink tomorrow in the women's short program. In her fifth world championship, Tuğba has to beat at least 25 opponents to compete in the free program. "
