Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Hilmi Guler has said that the government is working hard to turn Ceyhan into a global energy hub.
“Every morning a good deal of money is mobilized in Japan. If only a small part of that money stays for only one session in Ceyhan, we would meet all of our cash flow and loan needs.” "
