"Turkey's foreign minister assures full Turkish commitment to EU process

ANKARA, Turkey: Turkey's foreign minister on Tuesday insisted that Turkey remains fully committed to the European Union membership process, but accused the EU of acting against the spirit of ties with his country by partially freezing membership talks last week.
"The decision does not bind with the core and spirit of the relations," Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul told a news conference."
