BRUSSELS, Dec 15 (Reuters) - The European Union will give Turkish Cypriots 198 million euros in aid for economic development as part of a 260 million-euro package decided on in February, the EU's executive Commission said on Friday. The cash will go towards projects in northern Cyprus that will improve infrastructure, foster reconciliation with the Greek Cypriots, bring it closer to the EU, build civil society and protect nature."
