"E.U. Foreign Ministers Reach Deal On Turkey

BRUSSELS - EU foreign ministers reached an agreement on Turkey in the EU General Affairs Council in Brussels on Monday.
EU sources said that EU leaders agreed to suspend 8 of the 35 chapters of Turkey`s EU entry talks within the scope of the European Commission`s proposal."
