"Poland objects to EU decision to limit talks with Turkey
Poland's Parliament speaker yesterday expressed his country's opposition to the European Union's decision to limit talks with Turkey, crying foul at the citation of a political justification not included in the Copenhagen criteria.
Polish Parliament Speaker Marek Jurek also expressed his country's continued support to Turkey's bid to join the 25-nation bloc during a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Bulent Arinc."
