The United States intensified its meetings with Brussels at a critical time for Turkey-EU relations. Following the visit of U.S. State Department Assistant Secretary Daniel Fried in late October, Deputy Assistant Secretary Matt Bryza held official meetings in Brussels on Tuesday."
