Harran University ranked sixth among the 78 universities of Turkey in terms of majority of scientific works conducted.
Last year, 225 works of 229 professors of Harran University were included in the international publications. The university started to compete with Bilkent leaving behind METU (Middle East Technical University), ITU (Istanbul Technical University), Istanbul University and Boğaziçi University."
