"With the start of accession negotiations between the European Union and Turkey on 3 October 2005, EU-Turkey relations have reached a new level. The Center for European Integration Studies continuously accompanies the process of negotiations with the publication of the ZEI EU-Turkey-Monitor. The Monitor, prepared in close collaboration with Turkish colleagues, appears three times per year and addresses practitioners and academics as well as the interested public. The ZEI EU-Turkey-Monitor understands itself as a medium to strengthen the dialogue between Turkey and Europe and intends to enhance mutual knowledge."
