NICOSIA (Reuters) - Diplomats on Sunday welcomed an agreement to revive talks on ethnically partitioned Cyprus but cautioned major problems lay ahead, recalling a string of previous failures to reach a deal.
Greek and Turkish Cypriot leaders agreed on Saturday to a framework for resuming talks, easing a deadlock in a conflict which threatens Turkey's bid to join the European Union."
