Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) has turned to foreign investors in housing projects. TOKİ President Erdoğan Bayraktar said 'The housing initiative we started in Turkey could not be carried out by the Turkish contractors and Turkish construction materials suppliers. ', and drew attention to serious problems experienced in fixed price projects and prices of construction materials."
