Authorities searching flood-stricken areas of Turkey recovered four bodies on Tuesday, bringing the death toll to nine, media reports said. Another four people were still missing.
Although waterways swollen by heavy rainfall were beginning to recede to normal levels, numerous homes remained at least partially underwater in the country's east. "
