"Turkey Provides Training Programs For Pilots From All Over World
ESKISEHIR - Turkish Air Forces Command`s Pilot Health Research & Training Center has provided nearly 8 thousand Turkish pilots and more than a thousand pilots from 15 allied countries with training programs in the last 15 years.
The center was established in the central city of Eskisehir on December 18th, 1990 with the aim of training pilots to increase the flight safety and capability to the maximum level.
Pilots are provided with several programs on human centrifuge, vertigo training, low pressure room, ejection seat, red-eye flights and flight medicine.
The center is one of the four facilities in the world (two in the United States and one in the Netherlands) having such capabilities."
