As the trees rustle in the wind, a dog barks in the distance.
Otherwise all is quiet on this small hobby farm west of Aberdeen.
As Selda Storly emerges from the house, she walks over to pet the dog, inviting the visitors into her home. 'Come on in,' she says, opening the door.
Storly looks comfortable in her surroundings now, but as little as five years ago, she wasn't always so. Her Turkish family was in Germany. She was here in America. Between missing them and trying to make a new life in her new home, balance sometimes eluded her."
