"Playwright Tuncer Cücenoğlu complains of indifference

Playwright Tuncer Cücenoğlu, whose plays are internationally performed in many countries, has complained about his lack of recognition in Turkey.
Speaking to the Anatolia news agency, Cücenoğlu said several of his plays, including �Çığ� (The Avalanche), �Matruşka� (Matruskha) and �Kadıncıklar� (Poor Women) have been performed in numerous countries such as the United States, Greece, Germany and Australia and that they went down very well with audiences. "
