"Greek PM expresses confidence in finding solution to Cyprus issue

ATHENS, Jan. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- Greek Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis expressed his confidence on Saturday that the Cyprus issue will have a positive prospect with the start of Turkish accession talks into the European Union (EU).
'We very much support all efforts to find eventually a solution to it (the Cyprus issue), so as (that) Cyprus will be reunified and that all people and inhabitants of the island, both Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots, will enjoy the fruits of Cyprus' accession to the EU,' said Karamanlis in an exclusive interview with Xinhua."
