Turkish Customs Officers Demanded Sex from Bulgarian Women
The Bulgarian women were the group most violated by the Turkish customs officers, who were caught on tape having sex with passengers, reports claim. Instead of paying fines or waiting in long lines, the women were offered sex by the customs officers, who then processed their documents in no time, 24 hours daily newspaper says. Hidden cameras taped all the officer's perversions that took place in their booths, in vehicles, and even in the checkpoint's toilets. After 58 customs officers were fired on corruption charges at the Kapakule border checkpoint between Bulgaria and Turkey, the movement through the checkpoint was literally blocked for about five days. Turkish officials claimed that it would take them some time to replace the discharged officers, and this is what slowed down their work.
