ISTANBUL - The conference on ''Armenians in the Late Ottoman Empire: Scientific Responsibility and Democracy Problems'' will be held at Istanbul's Bogazici University from September 23rd to 25th.
The conference was previously scheduled to take place on May 25th, but it was postponed."
