A French 'No' vote to the EU Constitution would not delay the start of Turkey's accession talks with the European Union, said Turkish Economy Minister Ali Babacan.
He told Reuters in an interview on Wednesday he expected a few weeks of turbulence and uncertainty if the French voted against the constitution in a May 29 referendum, but if Turkey stayed calm and stuck to its reform path, it had nothing to fear. "
