ISTANBUL - Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer said on Thursday that the claims of so-called Armenian genocide hurt and offended the Turkish nation.
Addressing the War Academies Conference, President Sezer said that Turkey-EU relations had priority in Turkish foreign policy, adding that the entry talks should start on October 3rd."
