"Rehn: No Link Between EU Constitution and Turkey's EU Bid

The European Union (EU) Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn has said there is no link between the EU Constitution and Turkey's accession to the Union.
Rehn held a press briefing earlier today and said he is aware of the discussions in France over the EU Constitution and some circles associate this with Turkey's EU process but that there is no link between the two."
