Turkish rule of law, judicial independence and separation of powers on hold
Between the government not enforcing rulings by the Constitutional Court or the Council of State, ignoring legal decisions to reverse politically motivated appointments of the HSYK and rejecting reinstatement cases for unlawfully terminated personnel, Turkey no longer has any rule of law.
