Party Failed to Capitalize on Dissent Against Prime Minister Erdogan

ISTANBUL—A week after crucial local elections, Turkey has yet to hear the official results, but one thing is clear: The secularist opposition suffered a walloping by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, failing to capitalize on corruption allegations, bans on social media and ongoing dissent.
