Google Appeals Turkey YouTube Blackout

Turkey's central bank governor on Monday ruled out Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's call to cut interest rates at an extraordinary meeting, a move that could foreshadow rising frictions between policy makers. Google Inc., GOOGL -2.34% meanwhile, said it would seek to appeal Turkey's blackout of its YouTube online video service in the country's courts.
