‘Afrika’ editor Levent to run for MEP

VETERAN Turkish Cypriot journalist Sener Levent on Thursday officially announced his candidacy for the European Parliament (EP) elections this May.
At a press conference in Nicosia, Levent pledged to work toward forming a joint Cypriot party if elected, stressing that success for himself would benefit Greek Cypriots as well.
