Lebanon pledges to free kidnapped Turkish pilots

BEIRUT (AFP) -- Lebanese Interior Minister Marwan Charbel pledged on Saturday that his government would make "exceptional efforts" to ensure the release of two Turkish pilots kidnapped in Beirut a day earlier, state media said.
