Halifax chef to pit skills against other young chefs in contest in Istanbul

TORONTO - Halifax chef Brenan Madill admits to a few jitters as he prepares to represent Canada at a contest pitting his skills against those of his international peers.
"I've got to say more than anything it's the butterflies that are going crazy right now," said the Seasons by Atlantica executive sous chef.
