Turkey's Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline shelved

ANKARA, Turkey, April 23 (UPI) -- It doesn't make economic sense to build an oil pipeline that would bypass the Bosporus and Dardanelles in Turkey, the Russian energy minister said.
