Moderate earthquake in the greater Istanbul area (Western Turkey)

Update 13:25 UTC : Kandilli Observatory (Turkey) is reporting a Magnitude of 4.5 at a depth of 10.7 km. As the epicenter of this earthquake was +100 km out in the sea, the shaking has been considerably weakened. Nevertheless : Istanbul should certainly be prepared for a major earthquake.
