ANKARA — The United Nations must take a clear stance on the killing of civilians in Syria, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Saturday following a reported massacre of hundreds in the city of Homs.
‘We expect the Security Council to take a clear and precise position on the subject of civilian losses,’ he told Turkish journalists covering the global security conference in Munich, Anatolia news agency reported.
